The need for this stuff should be an upfront published maintenance item by the washing machine manufacturer and seller, similar to the need for car engine oil and filter changes. The problem nearly destroyed the machine.
We put our huge Samsung fridge into our bus conversion, aka tiny home, which means we built it in there, never to come out again. When the fridge stopped cooling we were really concerned because there was no way of getting the fridge out or a new one in … and then we found Ben’s YouTube video and bough his kit. THE KIT IS INSANE and our fridge works SO WELL now. The fox took a couple hours between getting the ice melted off and figuring everything out - but it was 1000% worth it. Thank you Jesus for Ben. We even think it will help our electric bill because the fridge finally seems to have some rest time and not be constantly on now. Than you Ben, we are so thankful for your work!
The metal hub and new plastic bearing fixed our washing machine off balance problem. I had a very difficult time getting the wash plate off. I ended up using screwdrivers and a small metal pry bar to pry up on the plate while alternately tapping it back and forth with a rubber mallet and hammering on the retaining bolt. I should have placed a socket on the bolt, because hammering it slightly mushroomed the head. I was able to use a file to flatten the edges back down so I could fit the socket on to tighten it. Also, I slightly cracked the wash plate when prying on it, but it seems to be working fine. I also had a very hard time removing the tub after I got the wash plate off. I placed a wooden block on the bolt, put a car scissor jack on the block, and a 2x4 under the lip of the tub. I was able to free the tub by slowly raising the jack against the 2x4. This was typical for me. Every repair job I undertake always ends up being 48.3 times more difficult than what I see on the Youtube video.

The suspension rods I got for my washer definitely fixed the problem and I’m washing my clothes good now. My only complaint is they are super squeaky/loud.
The price compared to oem is so good though I can’t complain too much. Overall would buy again

Hi. I am very satisfied with the product and it worked great . I was trying to help my neighbor- She is an old lady that’s retired whose husband passed away, fix her washing machine -the drain pump kept running, so I did some research and found out it was the sensor causing issues. I watched some YouTube tutorials on how to replace it and they referred me to you guys to get the sensor. Thank you so much for helping me out and helping her save a lot of money. It would have been 200 to $300 to get a new board for the amana washer
Something I see the low ratings not accounting for is they likely waited too long before applying this to their problematic washing machines. The drive shaft likely took a beating during the in-between time and I must wonder if they know how to properly load their clothes into the washer. (Put heavy material with heavy material and light/sheer with light/sheer.)The weight of the absorbed water plays a MASSIVE part in balancing a load. If you have 1 lux towel and 1 sheet you better believe even a speed queen will try tear itself apart. Worse yet- a single bath rug. Guys its a circle and if you ever went on a merry-go-round at a playground then you know what I'm talking about! Try get up to speed with only 1 person- you get tired and it won't go fast. Get 3 kids pushing and 3 kids on it evenly spaced and you're ready to try out for space force! (Or look up brick in washing machine on Youtube)
Anyways get this stuff and stop buying new appliances. Take care of what you have! I'm tired after a long day but I believe this deserves the credit for what it is. Its a game changer.

I finally got the kit later than expected (no thanks to USPS who left it in a warehouse) after Ben’s sent a new order UPS (thank you!). The springs were great and went in easy. The sleeve went in nicely, but the new metal hub didn’t fit down all the way onto the tub mounting base, but I did tighten it down enough, I hope. Thanks for getting the reorder to me. I’m back up and washing.
