Replacement suspension rods worked perfectly for about 3 weeks of light use, and then went bad suddenly and we were left with the same unbalanced load issue as before. There are only two of us, so it probably lasted about a dozen loads. Very disappointing considering I ordered these because they were supposed to be manufactured to a higher standard.
I thought this product included the Door Boot Seal Mold Remover which it does NOT. The photos shows the Door Boot Seal Mold Remover as part of the package. Not very clear and borderline deceptive.

I watched a couple of Ben's videos on YouTube, and it helped me diagnose my issue. Ordered the replacement sensor, and it has fixed the problem. It is simple fix, to solve the constant draining problem; however, it does require soldering skills.
I decided to fix my dryer myself and googled to find replacements parts. It seemed this company was reputable so I ordered. So glad I did! Parts worked and the ones I didn’t use, they allowed me to return. Will use them again in the future.

My whirlpool washer balance problem is gone, and the tub is solid. The repair of the rods was easy using Ben's video. Do not replace the rods. Use this product to restore the rods to better than factory specs.

The Samsung washer was constantly going unbalanced(UB) code and not running full cycles or running longer than normal cycles. Ordered the new rods and little tub of grease and washer runs as if brand new. 20 mins to do whole job.
I had tried other “repairs” for the ice maker but none really improved its performance. I have had your heater kit installed for about 2 1/2 weeks. I just checked the condition and have no ice buildup.

New Dryer, with faulty switch, kept getting stuck, replaced with the new one and works great now.
Used the trouble shooting info from the video. The controller bd had failed. New board fixed my washer.
