It works very good and helps keep the ice off the back of the fridge. I recommend this to fix the issue. Very easy to install and have it working.

I had problems with my washer jumpimg all over the place, on any cycle and load type. I tried Bounce-B-Gone Suspension Grease 50ml first, but that lasted for a few loads and it was back to the same as before. I ordered the Suspension Rods, and the washer has been working great for several weeks.
This is my 2nd repair of a twin cooling 10 year old French door Samsung refrigerator. First time I replaced the drain tab “sensor” with a longer one and relocated the heater element sensor. This worked for about 6 months. Then it happened again- frost around the fan and top area. I found Bill’s secondary heater kit and followed his video with ease. 3 months all is good. I feel confident I’ll get more years out of my unit as frig, freezer and ice maker are performing better than ever.
Ben's youtube videos have been very helpful for most of my appliance issues. However, this part did not work for my washer even though it matched the model description.

Eleven of five stars. Yup. Dryer started thunking, sounded like it was about to go through a wall. I was already planning an empty pocket from a new dryer. A video online showed how simple it really was, and even included the link for the repair kit. Came in the mail a few days later, and the dryer is as good as new. Plus, I now have that warm and fuzzy feeling from knowing that I fixed it and saved a bunch of money doing it. A big thanks to Ben’s for what they do; I definitely highly recommend both their videos and repair kits.

Ben's always delivers! We got the board delivered on time with no issues. Our RV refrigerator went out on us for some reason, and we were just set to hit our next scheduled stop the day before we hit the road, the fridge quit. So I ordered the part to meet us at our next destination, and we planned to pack the fridge with Ice for the 1 over night we had to make and boom about an hour into our drive the fridge was back working??? Go figure so now I have the board as a spar part if it quits on us in the future.
The new part was a major upgrade from the original parts. Easy to install once ready for it. I recommend to anyone though, go ahead order the replacement sleeve and shims at same time. I installed the metal hub which made a difference but did not completely solve my issue. Ended up replacing hub sleeve as well. Great products and great solutions for issues that would cost alot more thru a repairman
It looks and functions exactly like OEM and it was well packaged so it survived shipping without damage and got my customer going for a whole lot less then the OEM heating element.
Great part, exact replacement. Washer was in the constant drain mode. Watched Ben’s testing on how to fix, bought the part and washer is back up and working perfectly, saved buying a new board.
