The kit worked and corrected the problem. I would've preferred the kit also included the idler return spring even if it increased the cost of the kit. Because of the amount of work involved tearing down the machine replacing the spring along with all the other parts in the kit at the same time just makes good sense.
Got the part off your video which was very helpful as was the video seeing the process of installation. The only thing I will say is that the belt pulley did not match exactly to the original and now the belt squeaks at times during the wash cycle. Other than that, perfection! Thank you for the video and the product!

This board replacement fixed my drain issue. I previously replaced the drain pump which did not solve the issue. I watched one of Ben’s videos that stated a pump failure typically results in a board failure. I replaced the board and the washer drain not works. The total cost for the new pump and board was $212, not including my labor. A lot of money to fix a relatively new 5-year old washer but nowhere near the cost of a new one. Thanks Dr. Ben.
Installed this kit for a Samsung French door fridge that constantly leaked water under fresh food door and wasnt staying cold enough in the fridge. It is our garage fridge and 10 plus years old. The kit seems to have fixed the issues. The fridge actually maintains 36 to 38 degrees now instead of 50 and isn't leaking water internally.
I was very pleased with the evaporator cover and the secondary heater kit to fix the frost issue with my Samsung refrigerator. I installed it almost 3 weeks ago now and all the temperature and frost issues are gone. Working great. Thanks for the parts to fix and videos to install it. Saved me a lot of money by not having to buy a new refrigerator.

Great item for the price. The belt works flawlessly. I didn't realize how much my belt was stretched until I put the new belt on. I actually thought it was the wrong belt. But it was not. Yes, I would buy from this seller again and I would recommend them to a friend.
The suspension was not our main problem. We found our problem was in the tub bushings. While we had the wash tub out we decided to check each suspension. We did apply the bounce be gone to each area of the suspension rods where needed. Once complete the tub was back in alignment. No racket or shaking during spin cycles.
It’s worked as intended since installing it a few days ago. The ice comes out bigger and faster than the OEM maker. No leaks or issues so far, here’s hoping it lasts!

A shim from the kit only compensates for wear in just the top 0.25" of the bushing. Wear in the lower part of the bushing will still allow the drum to "wobble". The cost difference between the shim kit and the replacement "red" bushing is negligible. Perform a quality repair and save yourself from having to disassemble it again.

We urgently needed a part for a washing machine in one of our short term rentals. We found it and it was shipped fast and exactly as needed.
It didn't fit my Whirlpool WTW5640XW3. The shaft on my transmission was much smaller than the hole in the bushing and the original bushing in the basket was not pressed in, it was epoxied in place so could not be removed anyway.
