No need for a long story. the parts I needed were the parts I got. The video tutorial and basic hand tools were all I needed to install them. Worked a treat. No notes.
Thanks to Ben’s helpful video I was able to take care of this relatively quickly. Better quality parts than what I removed from the machine!
Started having balance issues on my few years old Maytag top loader. Checked the internet and found Ben’s videos. Made sense to me to try it (a very reasonable price to give it a try). Kit came with everything I might need (my foam rubbers were still fine, but am now prepared for the future!). Not a terribly hard job (watch the videos) and machine is now working fine again. If/when the hub goes bad, I will definitely be coming back to Ben’s!
My washer was making a grinding noise when adiating. Checked out online what it could be. They all said the same thing change the clutch, sprig and shift actuator together. I did this and now there is no more noise, and the washer is running perfectly. I believe there was a $20. dollar savings buy going though Ben`s instead of G E for the parts. I will use Ben`s in the future and I will recommend them to friends.
the selection, ordering, and delivery was fine, no problems. However, the repair guy stated the existing gear in the washer was ok and therefore the part was not needed. The washer had bigger problems that were making the loud noise during the spin cycle. The recommendation was to just replace the washer with a new one which I did.

I have used these for a few years and they are great. I accidentally got a cheap knockoff at a local store and it couldn't even survive the nut being properly tightened. These are so much better. Truly an upgrade!
