Easy straightforward fix. These rods fixed the balance problem. And the price cannot be beat.
We received the parts quickly and a video to show us how to put it in. We put the parts in fridge and seem to be doing fine. Saved us a lot of money!

The pieces of foam inserts were either to big or too small. I have tried some other suspension greace that I liked better
I had a Samsung dryer that wasn’t drying any more. Determined it was the heating element. Went to Ben’s and ordered the full heating element replacement kit. After paying a very reasonable rate and waiting just a few days, the parts arrived as ordered. I pulled the dryer apart only to find the rollers needed to be replaced as well. Another reasonable charge and short wait and those arrived. Needless to say, my dryer is now working better than ever. Ben saved me a few thousand bucks on a new washer dryer! Thanks!!

Had a problem with my washer. Bens YouTube channel gave spot on advice. Bens appliance supplied us with the correct parts, the first time. I AM recommending Bens to all my friends.
I would definitely recommend also getting the red bushing and bounce be gone and do it all at once.
Saved $160 buying these suspension rods and installing ourselves. Washer repair guy was going to charge $200 to come out and grease something, these rods fixed us up. Washer no longer out of balance and it was a $40 fix.
Water valve was shipped out quickly and fit properly!

After some research online, I was able to determine that there was an issue with our Samsung's defrosting. I watched Ben's video a couple of time before ordering the kit from his website. It has been working great ever since. Thanks, Ben!
Video and supplies worked very well. The fridge is working as new. Bought 7 years ago. Tip: I have used our waterpik to shoot hot water in the ice clocked drain. So no day waiting to defrost. Thanks.

Skeptical, I ordered the kit to try before the complete spring kit from the manufacturer. Followed the easy instructions that came with the kit and to my amazement, the violent shaking stopped and the issue was fixed. We have run numerous wash loads without any issues for a month and counting. Great Product. Try it before spending $$$ on new springs.
