My Samsung fridge stopped dispensing ice into the tray. The family hub would show "Ice Full", even though the ice tray was empty. Replacing the ice maker wasn't the solution. Replacing the auger is what finally resolved it! Special thanks to the folks at Ben's appliances for their help and guidance in finding the resolution!
