What is the return policy for items?
Any item sent back for reasons other than product defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus our wholesale shipping costs to you (if applicable) and must be sent back with return authorization (simply contact us to insure we know the package is coming).
What if the product is defective?
Please contact us immediately to reach a solution. In some cases, we may request the defective item returned to us, or we may waive this requirement and send a replacement to you at our cost. This varies by product & manufacturer.
What is the warranty period?
Exact Replacement Parts have a 1 year limited manufacturers warranty. Product kits made by our company have a 1 year limited manufacturers warranty as well. Terms and conditions may apply differently based on these products.
