Refund policy

Refund policy on returns:

 

New, unused items that wish to be returned due to user errors/items no longer needed or other issues unassociated with the processing are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the item, and forfeiture of any funds paid for shipping. Customers will also need to pay for return shipping (we can provide a discounted label upon request).

Items with errors or damage that were processed on our shop's end will receive a 100% refund for the item and shipping, once the item has been returned to us.
