All items sold by this website (Bens-Appliances.com) are backed with a minimum of a 6 month part replacement warranty. 

Parts that include multiple sub-components (such as a heating element cannister) are warrantied for the sub-components only, such as heating element and/or sensors. If such a part is damaged, we will request confirmation of the defective sub-component to replace it, free of charge.

Requests of returns for refund MUST be made within 30 days of the item being delivered at the address shipped to on file. 

Restocking Fees:

If the item was shipped via free/economy shipping, the restocking fee will be a maximum of 25% the purchase price of the items.

If the item was shipped via a paid method (USPS Priority, UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, ect) the restocking fee will be a maximum of 10% of the purchase price of the items.

Shipping/Return Label:

Buyers may request a return label by contacting us via the Contact Page. The wholesale cost of this label will be charged once the item has been returned to us. Typically, this cost is somewhat lower than retail, so please don't hesitate to request this of us.

GE OEM Board Warranty Replacement 

If you are requesting a warranty claim on OEM GE products, such as the WH22X37840, WH22X38697 main boards and the WH22X38837 inverter board. We will need the washers model and serial number for the claim, please provide that in a note included with the product or in an email with the order number as well. This is a MUST have before a new board is sent or a refund is issued.
