I originally ordered these from Amazon and it made my washer worse. Samsung didn’t have the parts available for a couple of months besides they were so expensive. After the Amazon failure I was a bit skeptical, but after changing the parts my washer had not been unbalanced since! I’m so happy and for the price, can’t beat it!

These suspension rods are exactly what you are looking for. Do not get the cheap ones from Amazon. I made this mistake, and it made the unbalanced loads even worse. After installing these rods, the washer ran like new again. Highly recommend.

Exact replacement for DC97-16350D

The item appear to be exact part as DC97-16350D in build and quality.
The price is excellent.
I wished I had purchased Bounce-B-Gone Washing Machine Suspension Grease along with the purchase. I had to redo my replacement with proper grease using Bounce-B-Gone and washer was a lot more stable using the correct grease than Super Lube. Thanks for the excellent parts, grease and video training !
