Tengo 2 amigos que tenían el mismo problema con su lavadoras, las compramos hace más o menos 4 años atrás. El primero la mandó a arreglar y le costó la reparación casi lo que le costó la nueva que tuvo que reemplazar 1 mes después, el segundo compro los repuestos por Amazon y apenas los cambio y probó la lavadora no sirvió para nada. The parts were great and fixed my issues. The problem is had is the shipping method and timing. It took over 2 weeks to receive the parts.

We're able to get through a complete wash cycle without the dreaded "bump and grind" and UL code. I probably would have preferred adding the Bounce Be Gone to order because after the task was finished they is squeaking to be heard on smaller loads for some reason. We don't want to go back in; it was a struggle first time around. Shipment was quick. I took off a star because I didn't know Ben's Appliances has an Amazon storefront, they're a little less expensive there. I ordered direct from website. Thanks for the product and videos.

I was skeptical because I never heard of Ben's before this purchase and I thought their price was too good to be true but it was worth the try. I was sold when the description mentioned how it is designed to be stronger than the manufacturer's parts.

After a quick video tutorial on how to replace my rods, I made the attempt. It was such a simple job that took almost no time at all. As for the rods, they got the job done. No more loads constantly off balance. No more wasted water as the washer refills the tub to shift clothes around in an attempt to rebalance the load. No more worrying about my washer. After plenty of loads without issue, I'm glad I took the chance on Ben's and definitely will look here first next time.

I spent an entire week troubleshooting my washer. I was finally able to figure out the issue through ChatGPT and when I asked where the best and most affordable place to buy these parts were sold it let me to your store. I was happy to support someone local though many many states away. Great product and so far saved me $1500 for a new washing machine!
