After buy cheap junk off of Amazon that didn’t last a week I finally got OEM parts from Ben’s that have worked perfectly so far!

Choice DC97-16350U suspension rods for Samsung washer. I also purchased an small container of Bounce-B-Gone dampening material. I applied the dampening material and the new suspension rods worked great. The price was great and shipping was prompt.

Fix the problem!

Installed four new suspension rods with the bounce be gone grease. First load worked great! We’ll see how long they last. Samsung OEM suspension rods lasted 4 1/2 years.
