Description

This is an ambidextrous universal gas stove igniter for many models of stoves such as Frigidaire, Kenmore, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Viking, and others. It is the "Standard" 1 1/2" glow bar igniter, made by ERP.

This unit includes the gas stove igniter and two (2) ceramic wire nuts to attach onto the current wire system on your stove. This igniter provides approximately 3.2 amps of electricity which will trigger almost all gas safety valves to activate, supplying gas to your gas stove burner system.

Easy fix

I got the igniter on a Saturday afternoon and we were using the oven later that evening. Fit great, easy to install, watched your YouTube video on how to replace the unit. Oven working like new again.

Worked wonderfully

My oven wouldn't light so I went on YouTube and watched the video from Ben's Appliances and Junk. He gave great detail in each of the steps that you don't often find in DIY videos. He had the link to the ignitor and I was able to order it very easily. It came quickly and I didn't even have to watch the video twice except for getting the door back on because the little lever had flipped back and I had to figure out how to adjust it. The oven works beautifully now and I was able to make my homemade pizza once again. Luckily we have a camper, because when my bread was ready to bake is when I discovered that the oven didn't work. Thank you, Ben's Appliance and Junk. You rock!!!!
