For years, if your washing machine was bouncing around, causing noise, unbalanced loads, or other issues, there has been one straight and expensive solution: Replace the suspension rods.
However, in the vast majority of situations where the washing machine has an issue, the rods aren't the problem, per-se, its the dampening system.
Over years of use, factory greases and dampening systems degrade due to general use or more rapidly due to overloading. Our kinematic grease restores your machines damping rods to factory or beyond-factory quality at a fraction of the price.
Additionally packed in the kit are 8 pieces of replacement foam for your suspension system - 4 sized for Samsung rods and 4 sized for Whirlpool rods, color-coded by brand. In many cases, the foam degrades over time, requiring replacement along with the grease. Although potentially optional in some cases, feedback on the foam with the grease has been beyond positive, so they are now included in each pack.
Simply apply the grease to wherever the damping system is, and it will slow the motion of the rods' rapid movement in spin mode. There are many DIY fixes on the market for all model washers, but a factory-designed grease offers a solution for all makes and models of washing machines using rod & spring dampng systems.
Better yet, this works to restore shock absorbers on front load machines too! As crazy as it is, this is a one-size-fits-all solution to one of the most vexxing problems of machines.
Although the grease comes in a 50ml jar, it is enough grease to restore between 4-8 machines. 500ml jars are available for servicers that require larger more frequent repairs of washing machines.

Great product and saved me lots of money. It was easy to follow the instructions as well
Shipping was fast! My 6 year old Maytag Bravo was bouncing and walking so violently I was afraid it was going to fly apart. I started the project at about 11:30 AM and finished in about 2 hours including cleanup.
Observations:
• The grease is seriously tacky. Have a dedicated work bench covered with paper.
• I had to trim the foam inserts by about 1/8" to get the cap to snap back on after I had filled it with grease.
• Be sure to notice the little stabilizing piece below the hanging cap to the washer frame. It is very difficult to remove the rod and re-center it. Trust me, I know.
• If working alone only do two at a time. LF and RB or vice versa.
• Gloves are not a suggestion...you are really going to want to use disposable gloves for the grease part.
• I think it is more balanced now than when it was new.
• The grease is plenty sufficient for more than one job.
• I have added a picture of our washer after the installation. Remember...we nearly had to be armed when we went into the laundry room this machine was so violently shaking. I placed my flashlight on the sloped glass top and it never wobbled during the entire wash cycle and on Max Extract. Heavy towels and work pants were being washed.
• Liberate the "Tech Manual" from the washer cabinet while you have the top off. ;-)
• Recalibrate your washer.

Hi,
The description of this product in the title + description notes 16ml of the grease. The description notes this, and also notes we sell a much larger 500ml tub as well.
16ml is far more than enough to refurbish 1 set of suspension rods. I am unsure what else we could do to make it more clear as again, 16ml is in the product description on the page as far as I am aware.

The kit to rebuild the worn out washer balancers works like a charm. Well worth the money because it saves you hundreds of dollars in repair bills.

This thick blue grease was not difficult to apply on washing machine suspension rods. The grease is great for I don't hear the washing machine shaking anymore.
Followed the instructions on removing the rods and replacing the cushions and oiling. After re-assembling, the machine is back to normal with no bouncing or knocking.
The damping grease was as expected.

My top load washing machine has been bouncing around the laundry room for a couple months now. I’d been pausing the load, shuffling things around, and hoping for the best basically every load and still, every load was a circus. I somehow stumbled upon a YouTube video and decided to give this a try before dropping $600 on a new washer. I am no handyman, and removing and reinstalling the suspension rods was not terribly easy (not terribly difficult either, to be honest), but greasing and replacing the foam bits (do it, in my opinion, whether you think you should or not, just go ahead while you’re there) was quick and easy and suddenly my washer runs like it supposed to again! I’m blown away. Genuinely. I also do like leaving reviews but this kit WORKS!! Buy it! Now. Please.

I landed on this product after watching Ben’s video on washer repair - our’s was a serious source of stress with its constant banging and load balance issues. Within less than an hour of work to replace the sponges and apply the grease, we were back up and running SMOOTH. Thanks Ben!
I waited awhile before writing this review to see how the repair was going to hold up. I installed the Bounce-B-Gone Suspension Grease 50ml in my Samsung wa50r5200aw about a month ago and it is back to working as intended. No more babysitting each load of clothes for hours trying to get one load done. Washer disassembly/reassembly was straight forward and well within most folks abilities. I did have a difficult time getting the foam inserts into the cups and ended up forcing them in kind of willy nilly with a small screwdriver. Not sure how those will hold up, so I saved the old foam in case I need to reinstall with the new grease.Most of the internet solutions for the spin cycle issues involved replacing the damper rods either with cheap ones that might not work long, or with expensive OEM rods for about $300. This was a great, affordable solution. Thanks Ben.

The Bounce-B-Gone and foam insert kit fixes "worn out" suspension rods. For bigger shakes caused by a worn bushing I recommend Ben's aftermarket bushing. While you have the tub out, I highly recommend refurbishing your suspension rods with the Bounce-B-Gone kit. My washer runs like new.
I did the whirlpool hub replacement and the bounce b gone fix. So far the machine is at least as good as new.

Everything was shipped as a nice kit. Easy to use. Except there should be more wipes. And a warning not to get product on bare skin.
