I got this for my GE GFW850SPN0RS front loading washer as the pump started making a clicking noise when draining. Worked perfect no more clicking and thr installation video on youtube walked me through it perfeclty! Great store would highly recommend!!!

Bought my appliance brand new from another place and after 17 months I replaced a drain pump and was still having issues with my washer. Called GE and pretty much told to pound sound. Over a 900$ spent on this washer and the drain pump and control board were already going out. Saw Bens video on youtube on how to diagnose and ended up speaking with his team and got it correctly diagnosed! Ordered my parts and fixed my machine thanks to Ben and his team and so far it has been running great! Words cannot express how appreciative I am to you folks! Ive watched Ben's videos over the years and always appreciated the help. This was my first purchase. Came quickly and I had it installed within an hour of it arriving and I can hear my washer dryer combo draining perfectly as I write this. Just ordered another one as a back up!

My washing machine was just 4 months out of warranty. The total price to have the machine repaired locally was approaching the price of a new machine. I was able to replace the board and pump for less than the local shop was charging for the board, not including installation.

Ben provides a straight forward and detailed video to identify, access, and replace the components that have likely failed and conveniently links the correct part IDs to his store front, where he does have the best prices. I did reference another person's video on diagnosing, but in reality, I just wasted time troubleshooting rather than just replacing the main board, inverter, door lock solenoid and pump and being done with the job in a couple hours and a few hundred dollars. Aside from the wires and mechanicals, there isn't much else to fix; all solid state. I first replaced the door lock solenoid, but that wasn't the issue; at least I have a new one in case that is what caused the main board to fail. I was also inspired to take that extra easy step to address sludge accumulation in the drain pump, which tested okay but I replaced anyway, and cleaned the lines which turned out to be the source of that foul smell. In the end I do not have evidence of what caused the board to fail after 5.5 years (right after the extended warranty expired): door lock solenoid, drain pump, inverter overload, bad main board, who knows? But at least I now have clean clothes and didn't have to buy a new washer. Still have another 4.5-year warranty on the motor! GFW850

Ran through all the diagnostics on the machine, settled on pump as the problem as it was the cheapest fix. Switched out the old for this new one. Cleared error codes, ran tests, and no more codes! Pump fixed the problem.

Excellent replacement unit, works perfectly, installed easily (tip: flip the washer on its back so you can access and remove the broken pump from the underside of the machine).
