Had issues with shipping, texted the number on the website, and had it fixed and new part sent immediately. Part was exactly what I needed for $20 cheaper I could find anywhere else! Thank y’all!

Thought it was the pump originally and ended up getting the board as well, great service and fast delivery. Saved me from needing to buy a new washer!

The drain pump was an exact replacement. After having the new pump in my hands I could feel the 3-4 strong magnetic fields as I rotated the new pump. My old pump was only strong in 1 spot. The new pump is a lot quiter than my old pump as well. The pump did not fix my issue, however I belive my old pump was on the way out. I ordered the Inverter board after the pump didn't fix my issue (45 fault. ) I should've bought them together. The inverter board was also an exact replacement and fixed my problem. The YouTube videos were extremely helpful in the replacement procedures.

There was a slight mix-up with my order. Contacted them, and it was fixed immediately! Will purchase again.
