Great way to get you washer working again!

My first order was for 3 of these ADP51B62M02. I have repaired 3 washers to date with no issues. Ben's YouTube video on replacing the sensor is excellent. I do appliance repair full time. I bought 5 additional sensors in anticipation that I will see more of these washers. The price for the part is the best I have found.

The service was excellent. The part didn’t fix the issues tho

Unfortunately there was more at issue with the control board. It had fried the shift actuator. But Ben’s? Incredible. His YouTube vids, seeing a very precious and genuine man, clearly running an organization with that same fervor. The kindness and willingness to bother speaking with an unknown person over a $20 part. The care taken. It’s not forgotten at all. Ben, you are beautiful and your team are incredible. Thank you!!!

The part fixed my constant running pump problem. I just fixed a $500. washer that I bought for $50. and fixed with a $25. part. I hope Whirlpool learned their lesson!

It works!

I had the famous Whirlpool drain motor running issue, so I viewed Ben's video about it. I am very experienced with repairing electronic circuit boards, so it was not a big problem to unsolder the old sensor and install the new one from Ben's Appliance. Worked correctly, and has kept working for weeks.
I did not do a machine re-calibration and all works as it should.
I would not recommend this repair unless you have experience with this part of electronic repair.
