Does this kit come with suspension grease like Bounce-B-Gone?

No - this kit does not include grease. If you want the heavy suspension grease, order it separately.

Do I need new rods, or is the bouncing just the foam inserts?

In most cases the foam inserts, not the springs, cause the bouncing. On older washers the springs may have weakened over time, so replacing the rods is worthwhile.

My new rods make noise. What should I check?

Make sure every rod is fully seated, the washer is perfectly level and the load is evenly spread. Some noise can happen while new suspension settles in.
