Can I buy just the rollers without the idler pulley and belt?
Yes - this roller is sold on its own. The Samsung Idler & Roller Repair Kit bundles 4 of these rollers with the DC93-00634A idler pulley and 6602-001655 belt.
Should I replace the belt and idler pulley while I'm replacing the rollers?
Yes - on a full rebuild, check or replace the belt and idler pulley while the dryer is open. The idler pulley should spin freely; if it doesn't turn, replace it.
My dryer is squeaking again a few months after new rollers - what should I check?
Open the dryer and spin the drum by hand to find the rough spot - often one roller, a binding idler pulley or a glazed belt. Clear lint around the rollers and check the drum glides too.
One new roller makes a sound when I spin it by hand - is it defective?
No - not necessarily. A slight sound can be normal as grease settles inside the bearing, but if it feels rough or grinds, contact us with a short video.
