Exactly what we needed

This part worked perfectly and I'm so thrilled to have easily fixed our problem without having to call a repairman. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 was because despite ordering the correct part number for my machine I was sent the wrong part. I contacted the company and told them the issue and they promptly re-sent the part. However, they sent me the same wrong part AGAIN. This was very frustrating and resulted in us not having a working washing machine for far longer than necessary. However, the second customer service rep was fantastic...personally packaged the correct part for me and sent it overnight express without me even asking. Overall, despite this mishap, I would order from them again because of the prompt customer service and because the correct parts worked so well!
