I received a da..... (Samsung element) in place of the correct element. I was stocking my van with parts so I didn't mind at all as I use more Samsung elements than any other brand and this was a trial purchase with a new part provider. Conveniently I got a call the following day for a Samsung no heat, which now that part exists on their unit.
