Whirlpool Dryer Heating Element 279838

After my dryer started taking two cycles to dry clothes, I went to YouTube looking for answers. Ben had a video fixing the heating element on my exact model of dryer. The video linked to the parts shown in the video and the website was simple to use, no guesswork or memorizing part numbers. I checked out using ApplePay so the whole transaction was done in about two minutes. As a web developer I appreciate how hard it is to make it so easy. When the parts arrived I didn’t even need to rewatch the video. I replaced five dohickeys in the back of the dryer, being careful to put the wires in the right place and I was back in business in 20 minutes. Thanks Whirlpool for making easy to service appliances and thank you Ben for making it easy to purchase and install the parts

Ordered Heating Element and got Washer Bomb Soap Instead. Texted Bens Appliances About the mishap And He sent The Right Part. And Said to Keep the soap For the Inconvenience. To me that is Awesome He will make it Right. Thanks
