Description

This is the inverter / motor control board for many GE washing machines. If your GE front load washing machine does not spin, this is the board that will resolve the issue.

Note that other common failures on these style of GE frontload machines may also involve replacing the control board, and/or drain pump as there is a common chain of failure involving these 3 items. However, if the machine will run/operate and only shows an inverter control board error, causing the machine not to spin, this will be the only component needing to be replaced.

Had to replace both the main control board and this board. Wish I used Bens with the main board because this one came way faster then the GE website. Thank you. Fixed my washer for around 350 dollars with both boards.

GE front load washer shutting off

My GE front load washer was giving error codes 3,38,39. The washer would stop quickly after the start of a cycle and would not continue. Many online threads indicated the inverter board had gone bad. I then ordered the inverter board from Ben’s appliances and washer is back to running.

It works!
