This is a heavy cast-iron spanner nut wrench for Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, GE and many other washing machines to remove the tub nut or hub assembly. 

This is required when installing the all-metal tub nut onto the metal hub we sell, as well as a littany of other makes/models from the aforementioned companies.

Drum hub replacement parts

I highly recommend Ben's Appliances and Junk repair videos and parts. Staff promptly answered my questions. The diagnose video and the repair video's were spot on and easy to follow. I had to smile, saw a different video online that showed taking way too much of the washing machine apart to fix the same problem. The plastic drum hub teeth had worn off in my machine, the metal replacement hub and shim kit provided by Ben's Appliance has been working without an issue. Without Ben's diagnosis and repair videos, based on other internet information, I would have ordered a new transmission for hundreds of dollars that would not have fixed the actual problem for $50. Thank you!

Better than a pipe wrench

Got the wrench when I ordered the hub insert for my washer. Nice to have the tools to fit and at a decent price. Thanks Ben.
