I am sorry you are unhappy with our return policy. We are, however, one of the few companies that only deals in appliance parts that actually offers a return policy when a customer orders a wrong part. We charge the 25% to cover our costs regarding fulfilling the part, packaging, shipping, and other such fees.
The part you're referring to on Amazon is not even a model we stock, so I am unsure why you're discussing the price difference, as heating elements for Samsung refrigerators vary wildly by model, and the one you are returning to us is not the one you are buying from there. We work to stock proven brands like ERP and Choice Parts, which are considerably more expensive, even at wholesale, than the offerings you are discussing on Amazon. I hope though that the heater from Amazon does rectify the issue with your refrigerator however.
