Samsung Defrost Sensor DA32-00006W / DA32-10105R

I installed the defrost sensor kit a few weeks ago. I waited to write a review just to make sure that the frost wouldn't build up again, and it hasn't. The kit works flawlessly! One thing to note is that the adhesive strips have been updated. I emailed Ben's Appliances for clarification and they got back to me right away. That's fantastic service!!

The only other hiccup was that the box for the kit came in was open when it arrived. I should have checked it before starting but I didn't. Turns out that the package with the high temp zip ties was missing, but I didn't realize it until it came time to use one. I don't think this was Ben's fault at all. I live in Canada, so I expect that our customs officers opened the box to inspect it and didn't tape it op properly after. I twisted some bare copper wire that I had and it worked just fine.

I'd recommend this kit to anyone!!!!

Samsung refrigerador is back to life. Easy to install with guided video. Highly recommend this product.

Installed parts according to the instruction but problem resumed 1 week later. Reopened cover, defrosted with steamer again and rewired again to ensure connectivity. Problem again resumed 1 week later. Kits is not helping the ice buildup problem.

Very good video and easy to understand. Hope this repair works. If not new fridge so unhappy with this brand! Best video I’ve worked with. And so easy to get all parts
