DP1 Universal Drain Pump

I did use the trouble shooting video to diagnose a lack of drainage, error code E9r0, but did not find any clogging material in tubes, so tried replacing the drain pump. I did try using the service mode to recalibrate after pump after replacement, but could not start pump manually or in the wash cycle. The machine filled properly and the board seemed to function normally. Still not sure what the problem was, but I think there was nothing wrong with the replacement pump. It fit the space and it’s orientation implied which black wire was negative when compare to the old harness, connections were soldered. It still never pumped water out. In the end I replaced the machine with a cheaper Amana.

Hello everyone, never ever buy Samsung products. It's waste of money. 3 year old washing machine keep on giving headache.senser trouble. Drain pump trouble. etc..

The drain pump fit perfect - The plug wasn't compatible with the washing machine. I just used the old plug and now my washer works again! Received super quick as well.

First, I am no professional appliance person, and am the epitome of a home rapair gal. The pump fit my washer perfectly, it was so handy to have the plug adaptor thing, and it works. The part even came in three or so days before the e pectwd delivery day, so that was super helpful.
